Our Drilling Test Facility
At Axion, we are relentless in our determination to produce the best-in-class products and as such we put every single aspect of every single product through rigorous development and proof testing. Our in-house Horizontal Drilling Test Facility allows us to expose our products to all the conditions (and beyond!) that may be expected in use downhole.
Our Rapid Prototype Manufacture Cell
Our in-house rapid prototype manufacture facility is equipped with the latest in cutting-edge Mazak CNC turning and milling centres. This allows our engineers to respond instantly to the demands of our own R&D testing and customer product support alike.
Operated by a team of highly-skilled professionals, our rapid manufacturing centre delivers precision machined prototypes on a same-day basis where necessary - providing an unrivalled response opportunity to quickly develop, prove and improve new concepts.
Our Operational Readiness
To rapidly respond to our clients needs and to support our R&D team, Axion invested in a state-of-the-art Forum AMC make-up/break-out torque machine and an ISO14310 certificated pre-loadout pressure testing facility up to 20,000psi.
These give us unrivalled rapid in-house make, break and pressure test services, allowing fast-tracking of our build and test capability and providing a rapid response service for customers requiring immediate load-out, for quick turnaround of rental stock and to support our ongoing programs of research and development.
